YOU Are Worth the Effort!!!
There is a saying that “Anything worth having is worth working for” so, have you decided if YOU are worth working for? There seems to be a true disconnect between wanting to be healthy and fit, and truly taking the steps to make that happen in our lives…why is that? I assume that for each of us, we could come up with a litany of reasons for it not happening: the kids, work, fatigue, lack of time…do any of these ring true? I believe, however, it is because we have not categorized our worth and placed enough importance on that worth! Does being healthy, strong and fit REALLY matter to you? In order to makes the strides in the right direction, we must value who we are and the importance of our health! Every day we have a decision to make…do I value myself enough to make ME a priority? This motivation won’t just come to you and there will be days that just getting to Stroller Strides (link to www.strollerstrides.com) is like pulling teeth…but GO.
In class, we sometimes say, “Don’t think about it, just do it. If you contemplate it long enough, you will talk yourself out of it”.
Go get your shoes on and get out there…you are worth it!
