What an amazing video – I have the chills! This video shares with all who “don’t know/get” what Stroller Strides is all about. It gives us the strength; physically, emotionally and spiritually, to be the best mom we can be good times and bad. love it – thank you!

Thank you inspiring so many of us to fitness Lisa, Farel, Amy, Susan and the entire SS Corporate Team! There is nothing like your first Stroller Strides class as a tired, new mom. A light bulb goes off when you realize you can indeed do it all. You have some where to go where there are moms just like you. You can make it somewhere on time again. You can exercise without guilt because your baby or toddler is with you. And best of all exercise again like the athlete you once were. As my daughter says…”Go mommies go!”

What an amazing video! It captures what Stroller Strides is truly all about. When I first joined, I was running for my life, trying to escape PPD. Then we all become strong and share that life with other new moms. SS is the greatest thing we can pass on to others.

This was a very uplifting video. I run off of lack of sleep and determination to take care of my children and family everyday. You really have to be strong and an athlete to make it as a mom. I look forward to the opportunity to bring mothers together for support, training, and fellowship through becoming a Stroller Strides Franchise Owner. Thank you for the opportunity.
