Yes, you are busy with the holidays. You can barely make it out of the house much less to the gym. You are busy with holiday cooking, cleaning, gift wrapping, etc. But that doesn’t mean you have to skip your workout all together. Any exercise is better than no exercise. Run the stairs in your house. Or do a few push ups. You can even squat or lunge your way through the dishes. It all adds up! So, while I know you plan to start your traditional workout come New Year’s Day, do SOMETHING today!

    I completely agree with you! Us mums (or moms!) really don’t have time for hour-long cardio sessions in a gym that is a 30 minute drive away & requires daycare scheduled days in advance just to even comtemplate! But the good news, we don’t need to! Short, sharp interval training using our own homes & chores does the trick just fine!
